Who We Are
Heart Mindfulness Community of Buffalo is a group
of friends supporting one another in the practice of mindfulness, meditation,
and other teachings of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
We meet every Saturday
morning. For a calendar of our

While our practice is rooted in Buddhist teachings,
you need not be a Buddhist or wish to pursue Buddhism to join us. All are welcome!
